Long Form: What's the Fallout from CFTC Binance Lawsuit w/ Leo Mizuhara

Everyone has spoke about the facts of the CFTC lawsuit.

However not many people are talking about the affects.

Besides maybe closing Binance US… I don’t see there being any globally because this is a US based situation. What do you think?

I am looking at this as a political battle between CFTC and the SEC…. Am I right with this?

Do you know what the different outcome would be if everything is a commodity vs security?

Seems there was actual shenanigans at Binance, is the shenanigans because of the inability to operate in a regulated environment (see Coinbase) or because they are bad actors that just want to break the rules of the system?
