I Saw the Mogollon Monster! - My Bigfoot Sighting Episode 33

The Mogollon Rim, which contains one of the largest pole pine forests in North America, is a geological feature that cuts across the northern half of Arizona. It's roughly 200 miles in length and forms the southern edge of the Colorado Plateau, in Arizona. While it's true that the Mogollon Rim offers some of the most beautiful country in Arizona, it has a dark secret too. You see, for over 100 years, eyewitnesses have reported encounters with Sasquatch there. Locals call the Sasquatch that live there, Mogollon Monsters. The earliest documented sighting of a Mogollon Monster was chronicled in a 1903 edition of the Arizona Republican.

Tonight's guest knew about all of those sightings there and planned a trip to one of the areas that had the most sightings, in June of 2013. Truth be told, she didn't expect to actually have a sighting on that trip. She was just expecting to have a great time with friends, while being in such a beautiful place. One night, after everyone else had gone to bed, she looked out one of the windows in the pop-up tent she brought to sleep in. When she did, she saw what she originally thought was one of the men she was camping with. The man she thought she was looking at is very tall. He's 6'6. There was something about the individual she was watching that left her unsure about whether it actually was him or not, though. Her instincts served her well. The next morning, she found out that what she was looking at, the night before, wasn't a man. It was a Mogollon Monster. That wasn't the only encounter she's had with a Mogollon Monster. Not only has she had more than one sighting there, in the Mogollon Rim, she's had Sasquatch-related experiences in other states too.
