Meet The Marathon Man

Hi my name is Matt Bogart and a couple of weeks ago I decided it would be a good idea to run a marathon next year. I am not in shape, and I hate running, but I want to know if it is possible to transform for out of shape human to someone who can survive a 26.2 mile jog. This podcast is going to document my marathon training, personal perseverance, and include the people in my life who help or hurt me along the way.
