O.J. Simpson, the football great whose murder trial captivated the nation has died of cancer. His family made the announcement today…nearly 30 years from the murder of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman. Until then, Simpson had been known as an NFL star, sportscaster and commercial pitchman. Jim Moret has the latest on Simpson’s final days. And although, O.J. Simpson was acquitted of criminal charges in the killings, he was found civilly liable and ordered to pay more than $33 million dollars to the family of Ron Goldman. They received only a pittance of that…it was but one of the many controversies in Simpson’s post-football life. Plus, it's a terrifying situation…a little boy playing little league takes a hit right to the chest, and suffers a heart attack. However, there was a guardian angel right there - his mom who happens to be a nurse. And it was one of the most talked about moments on television: The slow speed police chase of O.J. Simpson in his white Ford Bronco. Well, we know what happened to it.
