Episode 304: Tracy Gibbons returns and talks Twitch streaming, video games, plant based eating, and Our Flag Means Death

After nearly 5 years, Tracy returns to the podcast! When we first talked in 2018, we talked about video games like Mass Effect and Dragon Age, the Star Wars franchise, and Dungeons and Dragons. We cover some similar ground in this episode and talk about some other topics as well!

We first talk about how Tracy got into streaming on Twitch. From her first foray into Twitch streaming, building her community, some of the video games she's streamed, and more.

We touch on Mass Effect, and Bioshock, as well as horror video games like Alien: Isolation, Resident Evil, Outlast, and more.

Then we change gears and talk about plant based eating. She talks about how she got into plant based eating, her transition from eating meat to plant based eating, the differences between being vegetarian and vegan, learning to be a better cook, and more. This is such a great and educational segment.

Then we wrap up with Our Flag Means Death. From learning about the show, to Tracy's favorite characters, and what the show means to her as a whole.
