Midge's Kitchen, Deer for the Hungry, Mountaineer Foodbank and Scholarships

On this week’s Appalachia matters we will hear the conclusion of the General Hoyer’s interview with Chad Morrison, CEO of Mountaineer Food Bank. We heard part 1 last week.

The Department of Agriculture will introduce us to Midge’s Kitchen.

We will learn about an effort to collect deer meat for food pantries along the Ohio River.

Our final segment is about providing scholarships for High School Seniors in Mason and Jackson Counites in West Virginia.
