In this special bonus episode, we make an important announcement about On's presenting sponsorship of TrailCon.

Soft-launching in 2024, TrailCon returns to Palisades Tahoe June 24th & 25th with the critical support of On - the Swiss running and performance brand that's been growing massively in recent years.

This episode is broken into two parts. In the first half, David Kilgore joins the show again. The Global Head of Outdoor Athlete Strategy, David has been a critical member of the On team for years. David speaks about the partnership from On's perspective and how the brand is thinking about the trail market generally.

In the second half, our TrailCon partners Brendan Madigan and Doug Emslie join to expand a bit on the format and the vision for what we hope TrailCon achieves in 2025.
