Developing Discipline Through Love w/ Mark Omayzee

This week on the podcast I’m bringing on another heavy hitter. My guest this week is Mark Omayzee, an IFBB professional bodybuilder who is a true testament to the idea of the American Dream. Like many others in this industry before him including guys like Franco Columbo and Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mark also started his journey as an immigrant. Originally form Nigeria, Mark decided to voyage a journey to America to pursue bigger dreams at only 22 years of age. Mark is a veteran of the US Navy Reserves where he served for almost 3 years. Later he would go on to realize his true passion which would result in him becoming a vital new piece to the health and fitness industry. Mark is a multiple time NPC champion in the amateur division where he also earned two, top two placings at the 2020 Master’s Nationals earning him his pro card. Mark now sets his eyes on his pro debut hoping one day to be on the Mr Olympia stage to compete for the ultimate title. He has developed a passion for training as well, creating many of his own varied movements and techniques, while focusing on making sure his clients receive the best from him. Mark has never forgotten where he started, still celebrating and honoring his Nigerian culture and background, but also always remembers where he is headed! Like me Mark does not consider himself a game changer but simply a man set on delivering the very best to everyone around him each and every day!
