Jeni Britton is the founder of Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams and the new fiber bar company Floura. Jeni grew up loving food and entrepreneurship—so much so that she left college to pursue her dream of making ice cream. After years of researching and experimenting with new and innovative flavor combinations, she founded Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams in 2002.
