Plus, he previews his upcoming fight against Caolán Loughran (a rematch from their amateur days) before sharing his thoughts on his teammate Paddy Pimblett’s UFC 314 co-main event against Michael Chandler.

Then, fan-favorite Kevin Holland joins the show to talk about his return to welterweight as he prepares to face Gunnar Nelson.
