Getting into a more positive / grateful headspace in the middle of all the pain and frustration of infertility, and listening to your intuition for the best results. Interrupt anxiety with gratitude! The infertility journey is so stressful and intense, choose select moments in your day for gratitude and watch your anxiety melt away. Find a team you trust completely and educate yourself! If I left my fertility in the hands of my doctors, I wouldn’t have my baby. There are so many amazing podcasts (like this one), support groups etc to help empower you to make the best choices for yourself. Having conversations with your family and friends so they understand how to best support you and eliminate phrases that are well-intentioned but really hurt!"
