He was fired after 2 corporate buyouts, and he joined world renowned business leader, personal development trainer and speaker, Tony Robbins in San Diego! Charlie proved himself being a sales leader of the year twice with Tony and mastered telemarketing and group presentations skills.

He also hired, trained and led sales teams for Tony Robbins throughout the United States. And as Tony Robbin’s international point man, he built the brand in Australia and the UK. After 6 years with Tony, he started his own brand and has been the energy source for over 1000 events for companies and associations, including, but not limited to Hyatt, Harley Davidson, Apple, State Farm, The Campbell Soup Company, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Exxon and GM and many more.
