In the second half of our previous episode, The Power of Asking For Help, we dive into the complexities of masculine growth, healing, and intimacy within dom-sub relationships.

We discuss the value of different therapy modalities in making us the best Dominants that we can be, and the profound impact of self-compassion. We also address the significance of sexual education, challenging deeply rooted beliefs to become better lovers.

Emphasizing the mind's role in sexuality, we advocate for energy play over technique. Additionally, we explore how men's health and grooming, dietary awareness, and leveraging outside expertise contribute to holistic growth, ultimately fostering self-agency and dominance.

The Conscious Dominance podcast was born from weekly conversations between two friends, Andrew & Eric.

Every week, we would connect and talk about the ways that our roles as Dominants in long term, loving Dominant/submissive relationships were calling us to higher integrity, and demanding the absolute best from each of us as men. And in those conversations, we realized how much other men might benefit from being let in on these conversations. So we started recording them for you.
