I believe there are some scriptures that indicate God will not mourn for everyone that enters hell.  In a general sense, He is grieved to see any of His creation going to hell. He gave His life on the cross and paid the price for our sins so that no one has to go there, if they wold only repent. However, there are some people who are so full of wickedness, I believe the scripture also indicates that He will not shed a tear as they are cast into hell. Evil exists in the world because Satan is the god of this world (2 Corinthians 4:4). Jesus told us in John 10:10, “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” The killing, stealing and destroying are not from God, but from Satan.  Another reason for the rampant evil in the world is that God's people don't pray. Jesus told us to pray, “Thy kingdom come, thy will be done.” Why would He tell us to pray for His will to be done if it just happens automatically?
