ABOUT MARK GRECH
Mark is a manager within PwC Malta's advisory practice and is responsible for People & Organisation Consulting. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a Talent Development specialist within the iGaming industry. Mark has advised clients on various management consulting engagements from both the public and private sector. He has significant experience with regards to devising talent management strategies, change management through digital transformation projects and developing workforce strategies. One of his key areas of interest is with regards to the future world of work and how emerging technology and digital transformation are impacting roles and skills required within organisations. Mark holds a Masters in Business Analysis & Management from the University of Loughborough in the UK.
