Use the pause button before each answer and speak out aloud to practice the pronunciation. Walking up and down helps as well, especially if you're using Spotify. Avoid taking notes, just follow the instructions I've created ~15 hours of material like this and it's taken me several years and over a thousand hours to put together, please leave a comment if you like it.
