As her audience grew, she recognized a gap in the market for a platform that treated cheese and wine as equal partners in flavor exploration. Over the past three years, she’s worked as a cheesemonger and in a wine shop, earned her WSET Level 3 with merit, completed WSET Wine Educator Training, and achieved Level 2 at the Academy of Cheese. In December 2021, she officially launched Mouse & Grape, a luxury online business specializing in paired hampers and bespoke tasting events that bring the joy of cheese and wine pairing to a wider audience.
