Seven years ago, the first episode of the Meditation for Women podcast went live and the Women’s Meditation Network was born. Since then, we’ve grown to 12 team members, 20 podcasts and a YouTube channel that’s listened to by millions of women around the world, and have been downloaded almost 200 million times! Also during this time, I had my second daughter, moved to our dream home, did a few triathlons, got some chickens, cats and learned how to make sourdough.
