Episode 11- In this episode I am joined by registered dietitian, Kyle Kamp. He is the owner of Valley 2 Peak nutrition. We discussed why carbs are your friend, especially when doing activities that require a lot of energy such as hunting in the back country, long challenging hikes and intense workouts. We don’t forget about the importance of proteins and we discussed that as well.
