56. Affirmation Meditation for Stress Reduction

This week I am sharing a new affirmation meditation for reducing stress and creating more harmony and balance. When we become overwhelmed by life’s demands we need to ground and come back to our body. When our body is in stress mode, our sympathetic nervous system is activated and we can experience palpitations, fast and shallow breathing, racing mind, insomnia and gut issues. This meditation is aimed to help you release stress and get back to calm and peace. You can listen to it sitting or lying down, whenever you need to create more calmness. You can listen throughout the day or before you fall asleep. If you listen to it while sleeping it will still integrate on a subconscious level.
