E130 Happy Birthday

Losing someone is never easy. Not only do you have to deal with the initial pain of the loss but also the constant reminders. Today has been one of those days for me. I woke up in a funk and couldn't figure out why. Shortly after, I was reminded Myles would have turned 30 today. Listen as I sit with the grief of losing a loved one and search for the ongoing message in the loss.
