05: Before Rosa Parks, there was Claudette Colvin

Before Rosa Parks, there was a 15 year old girl named Claudette Colvin who refused to give up her seat on her way home from school. It wasn't until 9 months after her arrest that Rosa used that inspiration to refuse giving up her seat in Montgomery, sparking the Montgomery Bus Boycott.
