Former Letcher County Sheriff Mickey Stines faces a murder charge for shooting and killing his onetime friend, Judge Kevin Mullins, in his chambers in September 2024. After Mullins was killed, claims of corruption began to surface and unfounded rumors about Stines' daughter and Mullins began to circulate. Now Mickey Stines' daughter, Lila Stines, has spoken publicly for the first time about the case on TikTok.
