38-year old husband and father, Nate the Carnivore Cop has been in law enforcement for 13 years, working some of the most violent crime neighborhoods in his state.


Nate’s Keto / Carnivore journey began roughly 3 years ago. He’s lost 90lbs and relieved joint pain. At 5’9”, his highest weight was 270lbs, he is currently 185lbs. In the process, he’s acquired 17lbs of muscle, and counting.


For conditioning, Nate does strength training, health walking, running and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.


Nate aims to motivate middle-aged first responders to reclaim their body through his fitness and diet content on Instagram @the_carnivore_cop, and coming soon to YouTube.
