She is the author of three parenting books and her work has appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Huffington Post, CNN, and Mindful Magazine, among other places. Today we will be discussing her latest book, How To Stop Losing Your S*** with Your Kids. The title suggests humor; however, there is so much wisdom we can draw from Carla's research and insights.
