Talent Identification: Does it Serve its Purpose?

This is episode 3 of Beyond Top 10 Tennis and welcome to today's episode that looks at Talent Identification (ID) and the misconceptions that surround these systems and/or programs. To follow along, we're beginning on p.39 of "The Secrets to Optimal Performance Success".
