Motivation: of the right kind for athletes

This is episode 11 of Beyond Top 10 Tennis and we take a look at different kinds of motivation, including some personal reflections of my own Dad as he was set on embarrassing his daughter on the sidelines to finding what works best. We also look at how motivation is a constant and changes, including another personal take on what happens when you don't give up, no matter how hard it gets with the loses and all and eventually end up on time. A more relaxed episode that has some key takeaways that contribute towards athletes and players alike heading towards their 'big scary goals' that lay somewhere between a Top 100 ranking and embarking towards the Top 10.
