Grunts in Appalachia

A Marine and a retired Army 1st Sgt and an Appalachian sit down to talk gear, gadgets, beer and mental health. Special guests come on highlighting the amazing people of Appalachia and their stories of how they made it to this region or if they're from here what has kept them here for life. Politicians, musicians, business owners and other veterans sit down with these two grunts and just start figuring life out from other perspectives.
