Hysterionics, the podcast that finally gives anyone interested in leadership and organisational culture a place to share, commiserate, ponder, let rip and perhaps learn without a whiff of an embellished conference case study. If you’re looking for a tutorial Hysterionics is not the place and it’s probably best to switch to the Open University; this is raw and honest sharing and learning. Hysterionics will feel like a conversation between likeminded friends because that’s exactly what it is. Every two weeks I will sit with senior friends from the world of talent and leadership and talk openly about the hysterionics of paying the mortgage by influencing human behaviour, without ever resorting to infringements of the bribery and corruption act. Or murder.
