Laken is so passionate about women freeing themselves up from untangling people-pleasing, having laser clear boundaries and feeling inHER POWER.

Laken didn’t get to HERE because it was easy. She has become one of the most talked about women in her area because she used to live a life that's very different.

Suffering from chronic anxiety, depression, domestic violent relationships and sexual abuse. She become committed for being a STAND for herself and now women everywhere in knowing what is actually possible.

She created this podcast to be able to deliver support that will help you truly shift the things you are feeling stuck with, give you insight to creating a new future and living a life that you are totally in love with.
