What comes after reparations

In 1923, an all-white mob burned down the small mill town of Rosewood, Fla., killing at least six people and driving out black residents. Decades later, the survivors won reparations from Florida legislators, including a scholarship that allowed any Rosewood descendants to attend any of the state’s public universities.
