Lupica, who also authored the ABI Endowment-funded Consumer Bankruptcy Fee Study in 2011, talks about the results of the new study, which found that creditor returns in consumer bankruptcy proceedings have been less effective since the implementation of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (BAPCPA).
