In addition to what I have already said about calming your nerves, I am going to explain strategies for dealing with three other aspects of anxiety relief. These are: originating a personal plan for regaining serenity; knowing how to persevere when the going gets rough (resilience or “grit”); and being objective in evaluating one’s progress.
