The Session: NHC Winning Beers With Club DOZE

The Bay Area has loads of great brewers, and no club represents that better than Club DOZE. A few DOZErs took home awards at the National Homebrew Competition, so we wanted to sit down with them to talk about their beers, their strategies, and hopefully get some recipes.
