Everyone needs connection, and no one more so than veterans feeling isolated after leaving military service. That led Team RWB to create a movement, literally—with ongoing physical fitness events that unite veterans and civilians alike. This includes organizing teams to annually carry the U.S. flag across the country (OldGloryRelay.org). The Spaniard sits down with RWB teammates Sarah and Amanda to talk about the bonding that they have enjoyed personally and help others experience.
