Episode 2: Frederic Lau X Emily Frederic Lau is a hearing-impaired/deaf person currently working in the field of deaf children's education. Emily Shun Man Chow-Quesada is an Assistant Professor at the Department of English Language and Literature, Hong Kong Baptist University. --------------------------------- "Untold Stories of Hong Kong" is funded by Hong Kong Baptist University. Members of the minority studies/marginalized population research group collected the stories of people in Hong Kong in 10 episodes. By sharing these stories, we hope to encourage reflection on our own lives and foster a more inclusive and diverse society. We are grateful for the help we received from various parties including but not limited to the interviewees, the comic artists, the designer, the editor, interpreters and translators, student helpers, community partners, and colleagues at HKBU.
