Prosecutors have revealed that a police officer involved in Bryan Kohberger's case is under investigation by internal affairs, which could impact the upcoming murder trial of the Idaho suspect accused of killing four University of Idaho students. The officer is being investigated in a separate, confidential inquiry, and prosecutors have submitted a notice of "potential Brady/Giglio material" to the district attorney's office. A protective order was granted to prevent public disclosure of the material, which could potentially exonerate Kohberger or impeach the credibility of the officer as a witness in the trial.
