Kohberger's father then called the police on Bryan who was subsequently arrested. Maxwell’s legal team has signalled that she will invoke her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination if she’s required to testify before the House Oversight Committee (or other congressional investigators) without pre-conditions being met.
