Happy Thanksgiving To All Of You And Your Families (11/27/25)

As another Thanksgiving rolls around, I want to take a moment to speak directly from the heart and say thank you. I’m fully aware that the most valuable thing any of us have in life is time—and you choose to spend yours here with me, show after show, episode after episode, year after year. That’s not something I take lightly, and it’s not something I’ll ever forget. From the day this journey started, you’ve shown up with passion, curiosity, and backbone, refusing to look away from the uncomfortable truths and refusing to settle for the polished, sanitized version the powerful want you to swallow. You’ve stuck with me through every high and every low, every delay, every late-night rant, every new lead, every twist in this insane story, and I am genuinely humbled.

I’m humbled knowing that people across the world—different countries, languages, beliefs, and backgrounds—are united around one demand: Release the Epstein files. That unity is rare, powerful, and historic, and I’m grateful even for the people who listen out of anger or disagreement, because participation means pressure, and pressure is what makes the powerful sweat. Today is for family, rest, and appreciation—for stepping back long enough to remember why we fight at all. I hope everyone gets to spend the day with people who bring warmth and peace into their life. But tomorrow, the swords come back out. Tomorrow, we push harder. Tomorrow, we demand justice like we always have. We’re nowhere near finished, and I’m not going anywhere.

Mega Edition: The OIG Report Into The Death And Circumstances Of Epstein's Death (Part 6) (11/26/25)

The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) report into Jeffrey Epstein’s death delivers a blistering indictment of systemic failures at the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) and his holding facility. It documents a litany of procedural violations: Epstein’s cellmate was removed and never replaced despite explicit policy, surveillance cameras in his unit were malfunctioning or not recording, and the staff responsible for required 30-minute checks on Epstein didn’t perform them. Instead, employees falsified records indicating those rounds were completed, and in reality Epstein was alone and unchecked for hours before his death. These aren’t isolated mistakes—they’re classic symptoms of institutional collapse and neglect at a time when every safeguard should have been activated.Beyond the immediate night of his death, the report underscores a deeper rot: long-standing staffing shortages, indifferent supervision, and a culture that tolerated policy breaches without accountability. The OIG identifies that the same deficiencies had been raised in prior reports about the BOP, yet were never effectively addressed. By allowing one of the most high-profile detainees in the nation to slip through the cracks under such glaring conditions, the BOP didn’t just fail Epstein—they failed the public trust and all the victims who sought justice.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:2 3 - 0 8 5 (justice.gov)Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Ghislaine Maxwell And The Shift From Socialite To Inmate

Ghislaine Maxwell And The Shift From Socialite To Inmate

Since entering the federal prison system, Ghislaine Maxwell’s appearance has shifted dramatically from the meticulously polished socialite who once navigated black-tie galas and private-jet society. Gone are the designer gowns, the sculpted haircuts, the curated posture of a woman accustomed to cameras and influence. In early court appearances she looked visibly thinner, her hair grown out unevenly with streaks of grey replacing the jet-black style she once maintained. Her complexion appeared more strained and worn, and the crisp, confident expression she carried for decades was replaced by something far more hollow and exhausted. Instead of couture, she now wears standard-issue prison attire, blending into the drab institutional world she once seemed untouchable from.As the months have passed, the transformation has only become more stark. Reports and occasional photos show someone whose physical presence reflects the collapse of her former life: shoulders slumped instead of squared, sharp angles replacing the once carefully-maintained softness of wealth and luxury. The woman who once moved effortlessly among royalty, billionaires, and global elites now appears visibly aged, worn down, and stripped of the identity she built around power and privilege. Her appearance has effectively become a symbol of the downfall of a figure who once floated above accountability — now reduced to the same bleak uniform, fluorescent lighting, and eroded expression as anyone else who ends up behind bars.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

How Did Jeffrey Epstein Avoid Prosecution During The Tower Financial Case?

How Did Jeffrey Epstein Avoid Prosecution During The Tower Financial Case?

Jeffrey Epstein spent years selling the idea that he was some sort of financial prodigy — a Wall Street oracle managing elite fortunes with secret formulas and high-level sophistication. But when you look at the history surrounding the Towers Financial Ponzi scheme, the story doesn’t pass the laugh test. Towers Financial collapsed after raising hundreds of millions of dollars from investors with no real business model to sustain its promises, and the CEO who ended up going to prison publicly accused Epstein of being the brains behind the scam. Yet Epstein somehow walked away untouched, never charged, never meaningfully scrutinized. That alone makes his carefully-crafted origin story look like a fairy tale — or worse, a shield built by power to protect someone too valuable to burn. And the bigger question that still hangs in the air: if Epstein’s wealth really came from legitimate investment brilliance, then where is the evidence? Where are the documented financial successes that would explain his sudden rise into extreme wealth? No paper trail. No major deals. No proven performance history. Nothing but vague statements, unnamed billionaire clients, and a suspiciously opaque origin narrative that conveniently begins right as the Towers Financial scheme imploded. It’s much easier to believe the uncomfortable explanation — that Epstein’s fortune was seeded by fraud and protected by people with a lot to lose — than the sanitized myth he liked to peddle. The math doesn’t add up, the story doesn’t add up, and pretending it does requires suspending reality.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Designed to Exploit: The Calculated Machinery Behind Epstein’s Network

Designed to Exploit: The Calculated Machinery Behind Epstein’s Network

According to L.M's account, Jeffrey Epstein cast her aside once she became pregnant — not because he suddenly gained a conscience, but because she was no longer of use to him physically. She alleges that instead of simply letting her go, he instructed her to recruit around seventy underage girls to feed his trafficking pipeline. That number is horrifying. It exposes Epstein not just as a singular predator but as the engineer of an organized system of abuse, deliberately recycling victims into tools to harvest new victims. It’s a portrait of exploitation as strategy — a machine designed to destroy girls in bulk.L.M. says Epstein “bought the entire baby registry” for her child, which is one of the most revolting details to emerge from this saga. It wasn’t kindness; it was psychological control, a grotesque attempt to brand himself as a benefactor to someone he had already devastated. The gesture shows the depth of his manipulation — domination disguised as generosity, ownership masquerading as support. It’s a sickening reminder that Epstein’s power wasn’t just physical or financial, but emotional, parasitic, and cruel. This is the raw reality people need to understand: what happened here wasn’t depravity in the shadows, it was industrial-scale evil hiding behind wealth, respectability, and silence.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

How Prince Andrew's Settlement With Virginia Roberts Caused Long Term Damage To The Monarchy

How Prince Andrew's Settlement With Virginia Roberts Caused Long Term Damage To The Monarchy

The out‐of‐court settlement by Prince Andrew with Virginia Roberts Giuffre dealt the British Royal Family a profound reputational blow by cementing the appearance of guilt and evasion rather than innocence. By choosing to settle rather than fight the allegations in open court, Andrew shifted the narrative from “royal under duress” to “royal who pays to make problems go away.” That kind of optics corrodes public trust in an institution built on duty, integrity and impartial service. It also raised thorny questions about transparency—how much public or private money was used, and whether the monarchy was shielding its own, undermining the notion of equal scrutiny under the law.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Former Gov. John De Jongh And His Battle With Epstein Survivors Over Jurisdiction (11/25/25)

In the case Does 1-6 vs. Gov. John de Jongh, Jr., et al., the defense counsel for Gov. John de Jongh, Jr. submitted a supplemental briefing in compliance with the court’s order to address topics discussed during a prior conference and highlight relevant cases or arguments raised by both parties. While primarily focusing on venue-related arguments, the defendant also joins and incorporates the arguments made by co-defendants in their respective submissions. The defense reiterates its position that the Second Amended Complaint (SAC) should be dismissed based on prior arguments made by the defendant and co-defendants.Should the SAC not be dismissed, including for reasons of improper venue, the defense asserts that the case should be transferred to the District of the Virgin Islands (D.V.I.), where it would be more appropriately handled.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:gov.uscourts.nysd.610915.178.0.pdfBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.
