Baddies welcome to my new weekly mini-series, Sunday School, where I share a small lesson from my new book, How to Hack the Patriarchy. This one's from the introduction.

Class is in session, and today we're discussing feminism's branding problem. Over the last few years, feminism's reputation has become severely damaged. If you say you're a feminist, get ready to be labelled an angry, man-hating, snowflake. What was once a widely accepted (and vital) social movement has now been reduced to a joke among men and an embarrassment among women.

Why did this shift happen? And what can we do to shift this perception and get the show back on the road? Tune into this class to find out.

Before launching this podcast, I worked in management consulting, advising senior executives at some of Canada’s largest companies. That’s where I learned firsthand that power isn’t given – it’s either taken or created.
