In this episode of Narcissist Apocalypse, Shilo tells her story of growing up in an enmeshed family and a marriage marred by faith-based abuse. Throughout Shilo's life, her mother was always in the background pulling strings and this included her abusive marriage. Shilo was literally living in a twilight zone, only to emerge once she divorced.

It's a sinister story of scapegoats, puppet masters, smear campaigns, and toxic therapists. Plus they discuss, gaslighting, covert narcissistic mothers, victim playing, kernels of truth, toxic faith communities, fraud, deception, faith belief systems, believing the lies you're told, trusting yourself, theft, feeling seen, using faith against you, triangulation, using your past against you, pushing buttons, reactive abuse, justice, generational trauma, control and more.
