Dee & The Manipulative Escalating Abuser | Domestic Violence & Narcissistic Abuse

In this episode of Narcissist Apocalypse, Brandon talks with Dee about her marriage to a manipulative abuser. Dee met her husband at a high school homecoming party. He was a handsome, surfer-like guy who stood out and made her feel special. Dee felt chosen and committed to being the cool and laid-back girl, not getting her needs met over his. As the relationship progressed, Dee was subject to triangulation tactics, comparing her behavior to her husband's terrible ex-girlfriend. Things got worse when the gaslighting began, then came the criticism, isolation, physical abuse, and stalking.

It's a story of escalation, being vouched for, praise, isolation, physical abuse, gaslighting, triangulation, criticism, infidelity, dog whistling, divorce, custody, court, post separation abuse, and stalking.
