S2:E5 Petra Management Team

This is a special episode as I get to interview and introduce to you my management team here at Petra. This is the team that we together run Petra and all the businesses tied to it. This is an incredible team with a wealth of knowledge. Today you get to meet my son, Arnold Gacita., Jr. our Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Arnold junior started in the warehouse pulling orders and making product. He learned the business, and grew into what we called a territory manager, managing dealers and delivering products to them. He proved himself in every position and moved on to be our national sales manager. Arnold Jr had a knack of bringing on distributors throughout the world, he therefore, earned the right to the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. His distributors, customers and those that report to him love him. He knows this business inside and out and grew up in this business from the time he was born. He is loved, respected has a level head and knows how to move a company into the future. I hope you enjoy getting to know Arnold Jr. Up as well, you get to meet Rob Richardson our VP of R&D and Operations, Rob worked with me in my previous world and in many ways we were considered the dynamic duo he doing the technical side and I doing the selling side. He has been an executive for not only one of our competitors, but also one of the largest raw material chemical companies in the world. In my and in many minds, there is nobody that knows the automotive chemistry business; when it comes to formulas and chemistry better than Rob! He is the mad scientist behind the formulations. Understands formulations better than many in this industry. And his heart and character comes through his chemistry. If we tell you that our product is going to do something, it's going to do it (Period). I hope you enjoyed getting to know Rob. And last, but by no means least, Gabriela Sanchez our VP of Finance & Administrations. This title doesn’t say it all, she is also the one that keeps us all in check. She is the hall monitor and ensure that everyone lives up to our culture and the culture we all agreed to honor and live by when we signed on to Petra. She manages our finances and human resources to AT she ensures that both strive for perfection. She knows this business inside out it is an incredible asset to our team. I say this all the time we've been able to accomplish what we have accomplished thanks to God and the team that He put in place.
