Seven red flags of problematic drinking

Maz unpacks the SEVEN red flags she identified with during her sober curiosity. Red flags are behaviours which indicate you may be drinking too much, too often or that your drinking behaviour has become problematic or is having a negative impact on you.

The point of identifying these red flags, is to then understand if your relationship with alcohol is having a negative effect on your life. If you identify with one or more of these red flags (again, remember Maz was 7/7) then here are some steps you can take towards embracing your sober curious self.
