🤔Are you exhausted because the world is too loud, or because you are trying to force a tornado to sit still? 🌪️🛑

In this episode of The Formless Guide, we break down a thought I recently wrote in my journal: "The insanity of creation, it never stops. The ego seeks a stop, it seeks peace, but creation is happening."

We often mistake peace for a "frozen moment" where nothing is asked of us. But the universe is a constant explosion of energy. When the Ego tries to freeze time to feel safe, it creates suffering. Real peace isn't found in stopping the flow♾️it's found in becoming the water. 🌊
