Merry Christmas, my loves. As beautiful as this season of joy and togetherness can be, it can also bring moments of overwhelm and stress. So, here is a really short meditation that you can do daily, or sneak off to any time you need to step away from the Christmas chaos. Together we’ll find a still, quiet space within - a place you can retreat to, gather back your energy, and fill yourself back up. ❤️
