Anxiety Attacks vs. Panic Attacks - 5 Key Differences Explained

Do you know the difference between anxiety attacks and panic attacks? They're not the same thing, even though many people think they are.

In a recent video, I talked about some common symptoms of panic attacks:

  • They come out of nowhere
  • Your body burns through all its adrenaline
  • They’re incredibly scary, often making you feel like you're going to die

In short, a panic attack usually feels like something is seriously wrong, but it tends to die down pretty quickly.

But then I noticed something in the comments – many people were saying their panic attacks were lasting hours, even days. Some even said they’d struggled with panic attacks that lasted for weeks.

This made me realize that a lot of people are mislabeling anxiety attacks as panic attacks. So, I decided to make this quick video to clear up the confusion and explain the differences between the two.
