He Found the Key to Overcoming Anxiety in the Most Unlikely Place (Emir Sahovic’s Story)

Emir Sahovic’s anxiety didn’t strike immediately. It developed gradually, culminating in an intense episode during a vacation in Venezuela.

What followed was a downward spiral of constant symptoms – heart palpitations, tightness in the throat, and overwhelming sensations.

Convinced something was physically wrong, Emir started visiting doctors in Spain and Sweden. He underwent multiple tests and tried various medications, but none of them provided relief.

Then, like many of us do when we're desperate for answers, he turned to the internet.

However, he never expected to find the solution on a platform like TikTok. Scrolling through random videos was Emir’s way of temporarily distracting himself from everyday struggles. But then, he came across one of my videos where I described his symptoms perfectly. And the rest is history…
