How to Stop Repeating the Same Emotional Patterns [Encore]

In this encore episode, I'm teaching you one of the most powerful tools I use in my coaching: the thought model. This framework helps you see, with clarity and compassion, how your thoughts create your feelings, actions, and ultimately the results you're living with right now. This isn't about positive thinking or forcing yourself to feel better. It's about awareness — learning how your brain works so you can decide, on purpose, whether the thoughts you're believing are helping you or holding you back.


I walk you through real-life examples to show how the same circumstance can lead to very different outcomes depending on the thoughts driving it. When you understand this, you stop living at the effect of other people or situations and start reclaiming your power. You learn how to interrupt old thought patterns, create intentional results, and build a life that feels expansive instead of constricting.
