Episode 15 - ‘I never saw myself as any different’ with Brendan Lawlor

The boys recap the weeks headlines before taking a look at refereeing in a bit more depth following the scandalous officiating through the week and over the weekend in the Six Nations, Premier League and Day/Night Test. The boys offer their opinions on the right or wrong decisions as well as attempting to figure out an ideal solution for VAR, TMO and DRS. We’re then joined for a sit down with Professional Golfer, Brendan Lawlor. Brendan is currently ranked 4th in the WR4GD and was recently in fields on both the European and Challenge Tour. Part of the Modest Golf stable of professional talent, Brendan is represented alongside Tyrell Hatton, Connor Syme and Angel Yin amongst many other professional stars. Brendan talked candidly about getting into golf, overcoming challenges, never seeing himself as any different and working his way up to the top. He talks growing the game and creating opportunities for all not just himself as well as some of his own career aspirations; an incredibly honest, inspiring and lovable guy - a huge thanks to Brendan for his time! To close the show this week, the boys look ahead to the weekend’s 1st v 2nd clash in the Premier League as Manchester City take on Manchester United.
